Now to proceed ahead we are going to learn notes on the 5th string on your guitar.It is essential to learn them before moving ahead to learn to barre chords on 5th string.
So, lets begin
When we play open the 5th string the note that we get on our tuner is A.Similarly we can A#,B,C,C# and soon if we play it with fingers on the fret board at different positions.
From this Diagram you will know on which fret you get which note.
For Example:-Its A# on First fret,Bon 2nd and so on....
